The project began with my cousin Peter in Warsaw, Poland, who sparked a friendly family challenge to learn more about our past and our ancestors. What started as a simple idea soon becam
e one of the most meaningful projects of our lives. We understand that we may never identify every Naumowicz family member in the world, but we are committed to exploring our roots as de
eply as possible and enjoying the journey along the way.
This website, together with the documents, photographs, and stories we collect, will serve as a foundation for future family gatherings, conversations, and discoveries. We hope it will a
lso inspire others to join us in expanding our archive and strengthening the connections within our extended family. Too often, relatives come together only for weddings and funerals. Ou
r hope is that this website will help bring us closer for a happier reason: the shared bond of our family name.
